At Train-Era, we are committed to your fitness journey, and as such, cancellations are generally not permitted once a plan is purchased. However, we understand that serious health issues may arise, and we provide an exception for such cases.
Personal training sessions and special fitness programs require a 24-hour notice for cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
As a service-based business, we follow a strict no-refund policy. However, we do understand emergencies happen. In the event of a genuine medical emergency, we offer the following options:
You may transfer your remaining membership to a family member or a person you recommend, subject to approval.
A 60% refund may be issued on the unused portion of your membership plan upon providing valid medical documentation.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We offer nationwide delivery for our gym merchandise, supplements, and fitness accessories.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Standard delivery within 5-7 business days.
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Flat rate of ₹80 for orders below.
A tracking ID will be provided once your order is shipped.
For online fitness programs, diet plans, and digital guides:
Access to digital products will be provided via email or app login within 24-48 hours of successful payment.
